What our Pausers are saying:

  • I had the most amazing week and I hope you know what an amazing space you've created! It's so inspiring to see how you turned such a low point into something so beautiful for others. Not only were all the activities and people great but you created an environment of safety, comfort and pause. Brilliant.

  • Project Pause, at Northcott Beach was such a wonderful experience and from the minute I arrived it pressed all of my happy buttons! The venue, location, workshops, company and catering were all delivered with professionalism and flair. Sophie was an amazing host, and had planned everything so well with a loving care and attention to detail. The benefits of this ' Pause' will stay with me for a long time, for this I am very grateful. Also, I feel so lucky to have spent this time with a very special host and an amazing group of people.

  • Where to start... Project Pause, such a well balanced week on every level. Sophie has created such a beautiful thought out package that everyone will benefit from. It attracted so many like minded people which just says it all. The most precious week filled with inspiring people, treasured moments, adventures, so many laughs and the most incredible setting. The confidence, friendships, honesty and positive intentions that blossomed from the week was really special. It was the biggest joy to be apart of.

  • Project Pause was everything I'd hoped it would be and more! I was drawn to the idea because of the variety of activities rather than all one type of thing and Sophie's relaxed attitude on the schedule being just the right pace and no pressure to do everything if you're not feeling it! I felt energised and relaxed afterwards and hoping to keep the post post glow for as long as I can! Thank you for creating such a much needed project Sophie! I'll be back!
